Diseño de una máquina cortadora de bandas automatizada para la industria colchonera

Este trabajo aporta una alternativa de diseño de máquina de corte de bandas de acolchada. Se pretende que este diseño sea funcional, seguro, automatizado y asequible para el pequeño productor de colchones. Los criterios de diseño fueron: dimensiones, actuadores, control, características de la red eléctrica del establecimiento, seguridad, facilidad de mantenimiento y economía. La metodología incluye: investigación bibliográfica, planteamiento de requerimientos de diseño, planteamiento de tres opciones de diseño y selección de un diseño definitivo, realización de cálculos de diseño, diseño de una secuencia de programación en PLC, diseño de un cuadro eléctrico. Los resultados obtenidos, demostraron: la resistencia de las piezas más importantes, la eficiencia y confiabilidad de la rutina de corte de bandas.
Manual of padded bands cutting is a job that requires good amount of time and work on the part of the operator, generates losses of material and delay the production of mattresses to a large extent, the purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative to design one of these machines that is capable of performing such a task. As main contribution is to this design to be functional, secure, automated and economically affordable for the small producer of mattresses. The design criteria used for such design were: dimensions, actuators to develop each task of the machine, control and characteristics of the electrical network of the establishment, safety, ease of maintenance and economy in its construction. The methodology used in the development of the project was: make a bibliographical research of key issues in the development of the machine, to home design requirements were established taking into account the need of manufacturers of mattresses, raised three different design options that comply with the requirements of the exposed, was selected to final design from among these three options later calculations that proves the good performance of the final design were done , we designed a sequence of programming plc and developed a switchboard-based design to it and throughout this process in a final report was finally documented. Results based on mathematical calculations and developed designs, show the most important parts of the machine resistance to the forces that will be subjected during their useful life, also in the area of automation the machine is shown as an efficient and reliable solution when developing bands cutting routine, showing that actually help to reduce times of production, among the possible applications of the machine is the possibility of being used like a machine independent of the production line where the operator to load and unload rolls of fabric and the other option would be entrepreneur, if desired, make it part of the production line making the fabric between directly from the machine that performs the padding but for This must be an adaptation. As General conclusions it is considered that the machine is a robust system which facilitates the manufacture of mattresses in a safe and efficient manner, that its design allows easy maintenance and replacement of parts and which is affordable for employers its construction when you want to implement.
