Consideraciones sobre la relación entre desarrollo humano integral y el emprendimiento: el fondo emprender en Bogotá, Colombia

Abstract

The objective of this research was the explore the relationship between integral human development and entrepreneurship, focused on the analysis of three experiences of entrepreneurship that took place in the city of Bogotá: Andretoys, Café Bourbon and Ecustic that received seed the Fund Endertake. It broke a qualitative research because it allowed to capture knowledge, meaning and interpretations, which share the subjects, investigated the social reality of entrepreneurship and integral human development. 3 This research took the venture as a concept oriented to the search permanent of the improvement of the quality of life of the people, articulated to the strengthening of the development human integral. And it is closely related to innovation through an organized system of interpersonal relationships and the combination of resources oriented to the achievement of a particular purpose. The development human integral and its relationship with the entrepreneurship entail to be people competitive from the point of view personal and professional, if is that is wants to have success in the performance work, family and social. Entrepreneurs are concentrated in opportunities and employees are focused on resources such as money and time.
