Konecta's Resource Workshop is a strategic area within the Contact Center's operations, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and control of headsets, microphones, and adapters used by agents. In this context, this project developed a business practice focused on implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance plan. The goal was to improve incident handling, optimize the technical intervention workflow, and strengthen the management of the workshop's technological resources. A mixed-methods approach was employed, organized into three phases: standardization of technical procedures, maintenance execution and technical documentation, and traceability and control of interventions. As a result, the most frequently used resources were addressed, equipment was restored to operational status when feasible, its final condition was determined through repair, replacement, or disposal, and tracking mechanisms were established to improve repair traceability and the workshop's operational organization. Overall, this practice contributed to service continuity and better utilization of available resources.

This doctoral dissertation focuses on determining the impact of school management models on communicative skills in three public educational institutions in Bogotá, Colombia. Accordingly, pedagogical, directive, community, and administrative management are identified as key dimensions to be considered in the development of communicative skills, both in productive processes, oral and written expression, and in receptive processes, listening and reading. The study is grounded in a paradigm that enables a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, namely the complexity approach, through which a correlational design and case study methodology allow for a comprehensive examination of the relationships under analysis. In this context, the scientific contribution of the research is significant for the educational field, as contemporary social dynamics have highlighted communicative challenges both inside and outside schools, often positioning classrooms as the primary locus of intervention while relegating institutional management processes to a secondary role.

This study examines the relationship between Ignatian spirituality and the development of spiritual intelligence among adolescents who participate in the Amigonian Youth Community (JUVAM) at São Francisco School in Caçapava, Brazil. In a context marked by crises of meaning, fragile interpersonal relationships, information overload, and mental health challenges, there is an increasing need to provide accompaniment processes that foster the integral development of young people. The aim of this study is to analyze how the fundamental elements of Ignatian spirituality influence the development of spiritual intelligence among JUVAM members. The research is conducted through a qualitative approach, employing a theological-hermeneutical perspective and a narrative methodology, epistemologically grounded in Karl Rahner’s transcendental method, which recognizes human experience as a privileged place for encountering God and constructing meaning. The theoretical analysis made it possible to identify that key elements of Ignatian spirituality, such as the Principle and Foundation, interiority, spiritual discernment, inner knowledge of God, cura personalis, evangelical relationality, and the Ignatian magis, foster the development of capacities associated with spiritual intelligence. These include self-awareness, the search for meaning, inner freedom, responsible decision-making, the capacity for transcendence, and the construction of value-based life projects. The study concludes that Ignatian spirituality offers a solid formative framework for strengthening adolescents’ spiritual intelligence by providing practical tools for human and spiritual accompaniment in educational settings. Furthermore, its articulation with Amigonian pedagogy constitutes a meaningful path toward the integral formation of young leaders committed to their personal, communal, and Christian development.

Diseño arquitectonico de centro turistico para el municipio de san gil santander
(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2026-06-11) Barrera Morales, Gabriel; Amaya Guio, Ximena; Universidad Santo Tomás
The municipality of San Gil, Santander, recognized for its vocation toward nature and adventure tourism, reveals the need to strengthen its architectural infrastructure to consolidate tourist experience and territorial identity within an integral facility. To design a tourist center named TERRA GUANE aimed at contributing to the development and revitalization of tourism in San Gil through an architectural proposal that integrates sustainability, cultural identity, and landscape articulation. A project-based approach with a descriptive-analytical scope was adopted, based on the study of the urban, climatic, regulatory, and sociocultural context of the intervention site, supported by a theoretical review of sustainable tourism and territorial identity, which allowed the formulation of design guidelines, architectural programming, and bioclimatic strategies. The process resulted in an architectural proposal that incorporates flexible spatial organization, landscape integration, context-responsive materiality, and passive environmental comfort strategies, shaping a tourist center oriented toward enhancing visitor experience and social interaction. TERRA GUANE is conceived as an architectural contribution that, through its formal and functional configuration, seeks to stimulate tourism dynamics and strengthen the cultural recognition of San Gil at the departmental level, highlighting architecture as a tool for territorial projection and sustainable development.

Residencia Universitaria en el Área Metropolitana De Bucaramanga, Santander
(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2026-06-11) Alvarado Jaimes, Andrés Felipe; Cadena Jaimes, Maria Alejandra; Universidad Santo Tomás
This project presents a student housing proposal in Bucaramanga, conceived as an architectural typology that goes beyond traditional student accommodation to become an active element within the urban fabric. The project responds to the growing demand for student housing, particularly due to its proximity to the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), prioritizing a strategic location that ensures accessibility, connectivity, and proximity to essential services. The proposal establishes a strong relationship with the urban context by activating the ground floor through commercial spaces, pocket parks, and a pedestrian-priority axis that enhances the dynamics of the sector. Architecturally, the building is organized through an “H”-shaped configuration structured around a central core, allowing efficient spatial distribution while improving natural lighting and ventilation. The design incorporates a variety of housing typologies to accommodate different user needs, along with shared spaces distributed throughout the building to promote social interaction while maintaining privacy. Additionally, bioclimatic strategies such as cross ventilation, stack effect, green terraces, and green roofs are implemented to enhance environmental performance and user comfort. Overall, the project aims to establish a comprehensive model of student housing that integrates urban, architectural, and environmental aspects, contributing not only to housing solutions but also to the improvement of the surrounding urban environment and student living experience.
