Resumen
El desarrollo de la propuesta se basó en la realización de un estudio previo, en cuanto a la implementación adecuada o no de la política pública que está siendo utilizada por la administración del municipio de La Paz-Cesar frente a la violencia contra la mujer de esta población. Lo anterior se realizó a partir de un examen normativo y unas entrevistas diseñadas para determinar la eficacia del gobierno frente a este flagelo. Los resultados obtenidos indican que existen falencias en este municipio, debido a la política pública no ha sido suficiente para mitigar esta problemática. Por lo antes manifestado, se hace indispensable realizar una propuesta que contribuirá a disminuir las estadísticas estudiadas.
Abstract
The development of the proposal was based on the realization of a previous study, in terms of the proper implementation or not of the public policy that is being used by the administration of the municipality of La Paz-Cesar against the violence against the woman of this Population. This was done through a policy review and interviews designed to determine the effectiveness of the Government in the face of this scourge. The obtained results indicate that there are flaws in this municipality Because of public policy it has not been enough to mitigate this problem. Therefore, it is essential to make a proposal that will help to reduce the statistics studied.
