Resumen
Esta investigación abordó la comprensión del rol del edil en el marco del posconflicto y la construcción de una propuesta pedagógica que acompañara y favoreciera el proceso de capacitación de los ediles en Colombia, para que su actuar trascienda de la representación pasiva a la participación activa, necesaria en un país que está consolidando su proceso de
posconflicto para alcanzar la paz.
Abstract
This doctoral research addressed the construction of a pedagogical proposal that would accompany and favor the training process of the ediles in Colombia, so that their action transcends passive representation, to active participation, necessary in a country that is consolidating its process of Postconflict. Methodologically, the research was focused from Grounded Theory (TF). Therefore, it was necessary to start from a documentary analysis with the ediles, as actors of interest in this research. This allowed, from their testimonies and the emergence of new concepts, to develop the proposed general objective that sought to analyze the potentialities and weaknesses of the current formation of the ediles in Colombia, in order to build a proposal that would enable them as guarantors of Democratic representation and managers of lasting peace.
