Resumen
This paper seeks to describe the understanding of the Constitutional jurisprudence of the Andean integrationprocess. To this purpose, we review the rulings of the Constitutional Court, to determine the constitutionalcriteria that have remained in force since 1968 with the Supreme Court and what have been thenew criteria of the Constitutional Court.
