Abstract
CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INTEGRAL C3 es una empresa que se dedica al diseño y programación de planes de entrenamiento aplicado al Triatlón y al Running para toda la población, brindando los mejores espacios para su práctica, con el personal capacitado. En primer lugar encontraran la justificación, introducción, el cual evidencia el motivo por el cual se llevó a cabo esta idea de negocio, su identidad como empresa y su formación humanista. Por otro lado, se evidencia el aspecto de mercadeo, con la segmentación, innovación, canales y relación con clientes. Finalmente se encontraran con la parte financiera en donde están estipulados los ingresos, asociaciones, estructura de costos, impacto social y el lienzo donde resume la idea de negocio.
Abstract
CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INTEGRAL C3 is a company dedicated to the design and programming of training plans applied to Triathlon and Running for the entire population, providing the best spaces for their practice, with trained personnel. First, they will find the justification, introduction, which shows the reason why this business idea was carried out, its identity as a company and its humanistic training. On the other hand, the marketing aspect is evident, with segmentation, innovation, channels and customer relations. Finally they will find the financial part where the income, associations, cost structure, social impact and the canvas where the business idea is summarized are stipulated.
