Abstract
En el presente trabajo investigativo, inicia con un breve recuento de la Eutanasia a través de la historia, así como sus diferentes clases, su evolución y desarrollo jurídico en nuestro país y los lineamientos que se deben seguir para su práctica.
De igual manera conoceremos la posición de la sociedad, de la medicina y de la religión frente al derecho a morir dignamente y culminaremos conociendo el caso de la primera práctica legal de la Eutanasia en Colombia, que fue la primera en América Latina, así como los casos en el resto del mundo.
Abstract
In the instant research work, begins with a brief account of the Euthanasia through history and their different classes, their evolution and legal development in our country and the guidelines to be followed for practice.
Similarly we know the position of society, medicine and religion against the right to die with dignity and culminate hearing the case of the first legal practice of euthanasia in Colombia, which was the first in Latin America and cases in the rest of the world.
