El cuerpo del maestro en el territorio escolar

Abstract

Today reflections on the body are becoming more important because it is the mediator and transformer of the relationships that exist between the subjects and between them and the world. This mediation contains the different forms and views that are held on the body, such as its docilization, individuation and uniformity or, on the contrary, its autonomy or singularity.

This research sought to account for the narratives that on body and body management and corporeality, teachers make in the school setting, understanding the body as a mediator, transformer and configurator of relationships and subjectifications. This body becomes visible and objectivizes in different scenarios or spaces that are configured as territories of power, communication and desire relationships such as the classroom, the patio, the corridor, the teachers' room, the auditoriums and the street.
