Abstract
La Universidad Santo Tomás sede Villavicencio, dentro de su gran trayectoria en la región de la Orinoquia, en apoyo y fomento de la educación de alta calidad en la formación de profesionales íntegros, ha desarrollado dentro de sus programas diferentes formas para optar al título como profesional; dentro de ellas se encuentra las prácticas empresariales, las cual fue la alternativa que decidí implementar; gracias a ello, la Universidad Santo Tomas y la empresa SOLUCIONES JR EU formalizaron dicho convenio para poder llevar a cabo a satisfacción dichas tareas. Actualmente me encuentro vinculada con la empresa SOLUCIONES JR EU; en ella he experimentado que la vida laboral es un reto que se debe asumir con gran responsabilidad y criterio al momento de actuar y tomar decisiones que van a afectar tanto el ámbito profesional como el personal, aprendiendo a sortear las situaciones que todo ello conlleva hacia el crecimiento del ser humano. De acuerdo a ello, las prácticas empresariales que estoy llevando a cabo en la empresa SOLUCIONES JR EU; han reforzado mis conocimientos y mejorado mi técnica profesional en la aplicabilidad de los mismos, siendo apoyo para la casa matriz desde la zona veredal que debía velar y controlar la relación tripartita (ONU, FARC, PERSONAL SOLUCIONES JR), además de diferentes tareas delegadas para el control de los costos en los que incurría el desarrollo de dicha zona; en consecuencia a lo mencionado anteriormente se elabora el presente informe para conocimiento de la labor que allí cumplía.
Abstract
The University Santo Tomás Villavicencio headquarters, within its great trajectory in the region of the Orinoquia, in support and promotion of high quality education in the training of integral professionals, has developed within its programs different forms to qualify for the title as a professional ; within them is the business practices, which was the alternative that I decided to implement; Thanks to this, Santo Tomas University and the company SOLUCIONES JR EU formalized this agreement to be able to carry out these tasks to satisfaction. I am currently linked to the company SOLUCIONES JR EU; in it I have experienced that working life is a challenge that must be assumed with great responsibility and criteria when acting and making decisions that will affect both professional and personal, learning to overcome the situations that all this leads to the growth of the human being. According to this, the business practices that I am carrying out in the company SOLUCIONES JR EU; They have reinforced my knowledge and improved my professional technique in the applicability of the same, being support for the parent company from the veredal area to watch and control the tripartite relationship (UN, FARC, PERSONAL JR SOLUTIONS), in addition to different tasks delegated to the control of the costs incurred in the development of said area; As a result of the aforementioned, this report is prepared to know the work that was carried out there.
