Abstract
La situación por la que atraviesa el país, amerita un arduo y extenso análisis de los diferentes aspectos, en especial su campo social y jurídico, sobre el cual se desarrolla esta investigación. El territorio nacional es escenario de diferentes problemáticas relacionadas quizás con la política, la economía y la cultura, las cuales están vinculadas con la agresión e inadecuado manejo de las situaciones problemáticas que de estas se derivan.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior es pertinente hablar de los caminos para la paz que los estudiosos en el tema proponen, así como también de las herramientas que están a disposición de la sociedad por medio de las instituciones en concreto las instituciones educativas. De esta forma la presente investigación tiene como sujetos principales los estudiantes de derecho, el jurista y el ejercicio de su profesión, considerando la importancia que adquiere este dentro de la sociedad, y el rol que ejerce como profesional idóneo en el tratamiento de conflictos.
Abstract
The situation that the country is going through deserves an arduous and extensive analysis of the different aspects, especially its social and legal field, on which this research is carried out. The national territory is the scene of different problems related perhaps to politics, economy and culture, which are linked to the aggression and inadequate handling of the problematic situations that derive from them.
Bearing in mind the above, it is pertinent to talk about the paths for peace that scholars propose in the subject, as well as the tools that are available to society through institutions, specifically educational institutions. In this way the present investigation has as main subjects the students of law, the jurist and the exercise of their profession, considering the importance that this one acquires within the society, and the role that it exerts like ideal professional in the treatment of conflicts.
