Abstract
El siguiente informe muestra una presentación del proceso profesional y laboral llevado a cabo en el banco Daviviendo de la ciudad de Villavicencio, en la sucursal que se encuentra en el centro comercial Primavera Urbana, en el área de atención al cliente, específicamente como cajera, con el objetivo de recepcionar, entregar y custodiar dinero en efectivo, cheques y demás documentos de valor que le permiten al banco lograr la recaudación de ingresos y la cancelación de pagos que correspondan a través de la caja.
La estructura del documento se da en relación al proceso lógico y cronológico llevado a cabo a través de cada actividad realizada y los resultados alcanzados. Este documento corresponde al informe de práctica empresarial, requisito para optar por el título de profesional en Negocios Internacionales.
Abstract
The following report shows a presentation of the professional and labor process carried out in Porvenir in the city of Villavicencio, in the branch located in the Barzal Alto neighborhood, in the area of Human Talent with the objective of designing, developing and implement strategies that are aimed at the continuous improvement of the organization that runs the TH area during the six months.
The structure of the document is given in relation to the logical and chronological process carried out through each activity carried out and the results achieved. This document corresponds to the business practice report, requirement to opt for the professional title in International Business.
