Abstract
El bloque B del hospital de la fundacion hospital San Carlos presenta un numero considerable de patologias, a simple vista se pueden apreciar humedades, deterioro importantes en elementos estructurales y no estructurales, los cuales seran analizados uno por uno con el fin de determinar la influencia que tienen en la integridad de la edificacion y las medidas correctivas y preventivas que correspondan a cada caso.
Dicho trabajo resulta ser la aplicacion de los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de cada una de las clases que comprende la especializacion de patologia de la construccion, una vez se escoge el paciente, se lleva a cabo un proceso de 3 etapas, en primer lugar se procede con la historia clinica, seguidamente se hace el diagnostico y por ultimo se hace una propuesta de intervencion.
Abstract
Block B of the hospital hospital foundation San Carlos presents a considerable number of pathologies, at first sight you can see humidity, significant deterioration in structural and non-structural elements, which will be analyzed one by one in order to determine the influence that they have in the integrity of the building and the corrective and preventive measures that correspond to each case.
This work turns out to be the application of the knowledge acquired throughout each of the classes that includes the specialization of pathology of the construction, once the patient is chosen, a 3-stage process is carried out, first of all proceeds with the clinical history, then the diagnosis is made and finally an intervention proposal is made.
