Creación de una empresa prestadora de servicios de asistencia técnica agropecuaria y acuaponía en Tasco Boyacá

Abstract

Este escrito proyecta un plan de negocio en asistencia técnica agropecuaria y acuaponía, en el municipio de Tasco, Boyacá; en respuesta a la falta de conocimiento y capacitación del sector agrario en el municipio. Se describen generalidades sobre el comportamiento social, económico y ambiental de la población rural, además del perfil agropecuario y minero, actividades económicas que predominan en el municipio. El planteamiento inicia con la elaboración y realización de encuestas a pobladores rurales del municipio; que permitieron conocer algunas de las necesidades de la población y la disposición de adquirir nuevos conocimientos y permitir nuevos proyectos productivos (como lo es la acuaponía), para diversificar su producción. En consecuencia, se propone la asociatividad como complemento y seguimiento indispensable para continuar con la elaboración de un nuevo proyecto, creando procesos de autogestión; fortaleciendo y trabajando de la mano con sus conocimientos empíricos y nuevas tecnologías. Se plantea la Corporación para el Desarrollo Integral del Territorio S.A.S - CIDET S.A.S como como compañía que apoya el sector agrario del municipio de Tasco, contemplando diversas estrategias, como alianzas entre entidades constituidas en el municipio, para atraer recursos financieros y promover el agro del municipio. Por tanto, esboza el planteamiento estratégico de la Corporación, el componente organizacional y administrativo, la estructura financiera y se llega analizar, que dicha compañía es una respuesta viable económica y social a la problemática del municipio.

Abstract

This document projects a business plan in agricultural technical assistance and aquaponics, in the municipality of Tasco, Boyacá; in response to the lack of knowledge and training of the agrarian sector in the municipality. Generalities are described on the social, economic and environmental behavior of the rural population, in addition to the agricultural and mining profile, economic activities that predominate in the municipality. The approach begins with the elaboration and realization of surveys to rural inhabitants of the municipality; that allowed to know some of the needs of the population and the willingness to acquire new knowledge and allow new productive projects (such as aquaponics), to diversify their production. Consequently, associativity is proposed as an essential complement and follow-up to continue with the elaboration of a new project, creating self-management processes; strengthening and working hand in hand with their empirical knowledge and new technologies. The Corporation for the Integral Development of the Territory SAS - CIDET SAS is proposed as a company that supports the agrarian sector of the municipality of Tasco, contemplating various strategies, such as alliances between entities incorporated in the municipality, to attract financial resources and promote the agro of the municipality . Therefore, it outlines the strategic approach of the Corporation, the organizational and administrative component, the financial structure and is analyzed, that this company is a viable economic and social response to the problems of the municipality.
