Abstract
El proyecto tiene por objeto relacionar la Responsabilidad Social, tomando como base la guía ISO 26000 en su capítulo 6 y los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG) de Incubadora Santander, buscando hacer un sistema de gestión compatible y que sea implementado la empresa. Y de esta forma incluir en el marco de la operación de la compañía los componentes de responsabilidad social.
Para lograr el objetivo trazado, se elaboró y aplicó con los Directivos de la organización una herramienta que permite hacer un diagnóstico del cumplimiento de la empresa en relación a los temas materiales. El resultado permite referenciar los aspectos en los cuales la compañía necesita hacer énfasis o prioridad, para lograr un buen desempeño.
Para el estudio se tuvo en cuenta las actividades y programas que se han ejecutado en al ámbito de la Responsabilidad Social, los grupos de interés definidos por la empresa, el resultado del diagnóstico, un benchmarking y con ello se elaboró la Materialidad de la organización, que fue el insumo básico para plantear la estrategia que permite lograr el objetivo general del proyecto.
Como resultado se encontró y evidenció que existe una correlación y afinidad entre las normas que componen el SIG de Incubadora Santander S.A. y la Guía de Responsabilidad Social, gracias a la cultura generada en la organización, por tanto es factible adherir la guía al SIG.
Abstract
The purpose of the project is to relate Social Responsibility, based on the ISO 26000 guide in its chapter 6 and the guidelines of the Integrated Management System (GIS) of Incubadora Santander, seeking to make a compatible management system and for the company to be implemented. And in this way include in the framework of the company's operation the components of social responsibility.
To achieve the objective of plotting, a tool was developed and applied with the executives of the organization that allows a diagnosis of the company's compliance in relation to material issues. The result makes it possible to reference the aspects in which the company needs to place emphasis or priorities, in order to achieve a good performance.
The study took into account the activities and programs that have been implemented in the field of Social Responsibility, the interest groups determined by the company, the result of the diagnosis, a benchmarking and with it the Materiality of the organization, which is the basic input to propose the strategy that allows to achieve the general objective of the project.
As a result, it was found and evidence that there is a correlation and affinity between the standards that make up the SIG of Incubadora Santander S.A. and the Social Responsibility Guide, thanks to the culture generated in the organization, therefore it is feasible to adhere the guide to the GIS.
