Abstract
En el presente documento se describen las actividades realizadas como pasante en la empresa CONCREMEX S.A.S, suministrando información concisa y detallada, tanto escrita como fotográfica del trabajo realizado.
En el tiempo laborado en dicha empresa se brindó apoyo para desarrollar varios proyectos, trabajando como auxiliar técnico administrativo, con ayuda en la elaboración de memorias de cálculo, estructurales y de cantidades (APU´s) para vías e infraestructura y realizando documentos técnicos para licitaciones.
El pasante observa, la deficiencia en el control de los documentos a presentar en las licitaciones, por lo que aporta para la empresa, una lista de chequeo la cual servirá para realizar de una forma más organizada el proceso de una licitación. Igualmente, se observa la falta de control de la maquinaria y equipos que posee la empresa, de manera que se elabora un formato de seguimiento y mantenimiento de los equipos bajo recomendaciones del proveedor, procurando garantizar el buen estado de la maquinaria y su utilidad en el trabajo
Abstract
This document describes the activities carried out as an intern in the company CONCREMEX S.A.S, providing concise and detailed information, both written and photographic of the work performed.
In the time worked in this company, support was provided to develop several projects, working as an administrative technical assistant, with assistance in the preparation of calculation, structural and quantity reports (APUs) for roads and infrastructure and making technical documents for tenders. .
The intern observes, the deficiency in the control of the documents to be presented in the tenders, for which he provides for the company, a checklist which will serve to carry out the bidding process in a more organized way. Likewise, the lack of control of the machinery and equipment that the company has is observed, so that a format for monitoring and maintenance of the equipment is prepared under the recommendations of the supplier, trying to guarantee the good condition of the machinery and its usefulness in the work
