Abstract
Se define un colegio, como un espacio arquitectónico, que tiene el propósito de permitir el desarrollo de actividades de tipo académico y formativo. Se denomina educación, al proceso mediante el cual se estimula a una persona, a desarrollar sus capacidades .de tipo cognitivas y físicas, vitales para lograr integrarse y ser parte de la sociedad que la rodea. Por esta razón, debe distinguirse entre los conceptos de educación y aprendizaje. La primera, hace referencia al estímulo de una persona hacia otra y la segunda en realidad es la posibilidad subjetiva de incorporar nuevos conocimientos para su aplicación posterior.
Se puede decir fácilmente que la educación básica es la educación más importante que un individuo recibe ya que es aquella que le permite obtener los conocimientos elementales a partir de los cuales profundizar su sentido intelectual y racional. La educación básica es parte de lo que se conoce como educación formal, es decir, aquel tipo de enseñanza que está organizada en niveles o etapas, que tiene objetivos claros y que se imparte en instituciones especialmente designadas para ello (escuelas, colegios, institutos).
Abstract
A school is defined as an architectural space, which has the purpose of allowing the development of academic and training activities. It is called education, the process by which a person is stimulated, their abilities are developed. Cognitive and physical, vital to achieve integration and be part of the society that surrounds it. For this reason, one must distinguish between the concepts of education and learning. The first refers to the stimulus of one person towards another and the second is actually the subjective possibility of incorporating new knowledge for later application.
It can easily be said that basic education is the most important education that an individual receives since it is that which allows him to obtain elementary knowledge from the depths of his intellectual and rational sense. Basic education is part of what is known as formal education, that is, that type of education that is organized at levels or stages, that has clear objectives and is taught in institutions specially designated for it (schools, colleges, institutes) .
