Abstract
La planificación estratégica, conlleva un análisis de los entornos internos y externos de una organización, para formular, crear, implementar y evaluar escenarios que optimice la consecución de los objetivos y los beneficios. La planeación trazada en este ejercicio académico se lleva a cabo a la Secretaria de Recreación y Deporte del municipio de Girón – Santander, un ente del sector público. Desde el plan de gobierno, se analiza el entorno mediante el árbol de competencias, la matriz DOFA, la metodología de evaluación y análisis de variables endógenas y exógenas. Posteriormente, utilizando la herramienta MicMac, se determinan las variables clave para la postulación de escenarios, los cuales son ponderados y analizados por expertos externos. Seguidamente se selecciona el escenario apuesta, identificado las iniciativas e indicadores estratégicos de la SRD, a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Abstract
Strategic planning involves an analysis of the internal and external environments of an organization to formulate, create, implement and evaluate scenarios that optimize the achievement of objectives and benefits. The planning outlined in this academic exercise is carried out by the Secretaria de Recreación y Deporte del municipio de Girón – Santander, a public sector entity. From the government plan, the environment is analyzed through the competence tree, the DOFA matrix, the evaluation methodology and the analysis of endogenous and exogenous variables. Subsequently, using the MicMac tool, key variables are determined for the postulation of scenarios, which are weighted and analyzed by external experts. Next, the bet scenario is selected, identifying the SRD strategic initiatives and indicators, in the short, medium and long term.
