Abstract
La estructura a intervenir es un edificio industrial situado en la Kr 43 con calle 20C en la ciudad de Bogotá, dicha estructura fue construida hace más de 50 años y no ha tenido modificaciones significativas en su estructura, salvo las adecuaciones técnicas para el mobiliario necesario de la operación; durante estos 50 años han aparecido nuevas técnicas y métodos constructivos que desarrollan metodologías y técnicas que favorecen los procesos, adicionalmente dado el crecimiento de la empresa se hace necesario una reforma estructural que modernice el espacio arquitectónico y favorezca la productividad al interior de la planta de producción.
Abstract
The structure to be intervened is an industrial building located on Kr 43 with 20C street in the city of Bogotá, said structure was built more than 50 years ago and has not had significant modifications in its structure, except for the technical adjustments for the necessary furniture of the operation; During these 50 years, new techniques and construction methods have appeared that develop methodologies and techniques that favor the processes, in addition to the growth of the company, a structural reform is necessary that modernizes the architectural space and favors productivity within the production plant.
