Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo primordial, analizar los desafíos y oportunidades que tendría Colombia, al ingresar al principal mecanismo de cooperación económica en Asia Pacifico (APEC). Se toman como referencia los países de Chile y Perú (pertenecientes al foro), haciendo un análisis del dinamismo comercial de estos dos países con las 21 economías miembros de APEC, dando a conocer los tratados de libre comercio firmados y la influencia que ha tenido el pertenecer a este foro para tener un mayor crecimiento económico y reconocimiento en la región.
Abstract
The main objective of the research was to analyze the challenges and opportunities that Colombia would have when entering the main mechanism of economic cooperation in Asia Pacific (APEC). The countries of Chile and Peru (belonging to the forum) are taken as a reference, making an analysis of the commercial dynamism of these two countries with the 21 APEC member economies, publicizing the signed free trade agreements and the influence that the Belong to this forum to have greater economic growth and recognition in the region.
