Abstract
La planilla integrada de liquidación de aportes ha tenido un largo proceso de gestación para convertirse finalmente en el PILA como lo conocemos actualmente. Su aparición surge por la necesidad de tener un recaudo eficiente para el sistema de seguridad social y los aportes parafiscales. Adicional al recaudo, el PILA sirve eventualmente para ser un panóptico contra la corrupción
Abstract
The integrated spreadsheet of liquidation of contributions has had a long process of gestation to turns finally into the ICPS how we name it nowadays. His appearance arises for the need to have a efficient fee collection for the system of social safety and parafiscal contributions. Moreover to the fee collection, the ICPS serves eventually to be a panopticon against the corruption.
