Abstract
El contenido de este proyecto contempla la evaluación del plan de desarrollo municipal a través del seguimiento a la matriz de avance del plan de desarrollo del municipio de Lebrija. Durante la ejecución del proyecto, se determinaron los principales objetivos a cumplir al identificar la problemática en la Oficina Asesora de Planeación. Se describe la metodología a utilizar para el cumplimiento de las fases planteadas en la aplicación de las herramientas de gestión pública utilizadas. Por último se registran los resultados derivados de la implementación de la metodología concluyendo con aportes importantes que le servirán a la oficina asesora de planeación en la realización de sus funciones internas para dar una mejor respuesta a los habitantes.
Abstract
The content of this project includes the evaluation of the municipal development plan through the follow-up to the advance matrix of the Development Plan of the Municipality of Lebrija. During the execution of the project, the main objectives to be met were identified by identifying the problem in the Planning Advisory Office. The methodology to be used for the fulfillment of the phases proposed in the application of the public management tools used is described. Finally, the results derived from the implementation of the methodology are recorded, concluding with important contributions that will serve the Planning Advisory Office in the performance of its internal functions to give a better response to the inhabitants.
