Modelo de ocupación territorial del municipio de Mosquera

Abstract

The municipality of Mosquera, has been characterized through its history as one of the largest and most productive municipalities of the Bogota’s savannah, this special feature has favored the progress of the municipality in terms of different aspects such as physical and population growth and the specialization of goods and services, which has unleashed, however, a trauma at the level of territorial planning and normativity or normativity as a consequence of the speed or speed and accelerated mode of occupation of the territory leaving the municipality with some important problems that have to to see with the inadequate use of the land or conflicts of land use, the bad economic practices and of occupation, and the traumatism in the routes that connect with the capital city. However, the creation of strategies for the municipality so that these can be guidelines for urban development that is presenting itself the position on the development of the basic plan of territorial ordering, the current economic dynamics and municipal growth, finally projected to a regional character.
