Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas profesionales realizadas en la Universidad Santo Tomás Sede Villavicencio, desde su oficina de Coordinación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en la cual, se abarca todas las actividades realizadas durante un periodo de tiempo con el fin de lograr la transición del Sistema de Calidad y la Certificación Internacional bajo la Norma ISO 9001:2015. Destacando así los conocimientos y destrezas adquiridas a lo largo de la carrera universitaria. En este informe se describe detalladamente las características de la entidad así como su misión, visión, entre otros aspectos importantes, además de esto corresponde como al requisito de optar por el título de profesional en Negocios Internacionales.
Abstract
This report of professional practices carried out at the Santo Tomás University Villavicencio University, from its Coordination Office of the Quality Management System, in which all the activities carried out during a period of time are included in order to achieve the transition of the Quality System and International Certification under the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard. Highlighting the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the university career. This report describes in detail the characteristics of the entity as well as its mission, vision, among other important aspects, besides this corresponds to the requirement of opting for the professional title in International Business.
