Feminicidio como delito autónomo, ¿un verdadero avance en la política criminal colombiana?

Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como finalidad evidenciar el desarrollo del término feminicidio en Colombia, a través de la descripción de sus antecedentes, hasta el momento que inicia su consolidación como delito autónomo contemplado en artículo 104ª del Código Penal Colombiano, se pretende realizar un contexto histórico de la figura del feminicidio y su implementación por el estado colombiano para combatir la impunidad frente a la violencia de género que viene aquejando a las mujeres de la sociedad, pretende evidenciar si la implementación del feminicidio como delito autónomo ha surgido el efecto preventivo esperado
o si por el contrario se continua en el mismo margen de criminalidad en contra del género femenino.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to show the development of the term feminicide in Colombia, through the description of its antecedents, until the moment it begins its consolidation as an autonomous offense contemplated in article 104 of the Colombian Penal Code, it is intended to make a historical context of the figure of feminicide and its implementation by the Colombian
state to combat impunity in the face of gender violence that afflicts women in society, aims to show whether the implementation of feminicide as an autonomous crime has the expected preventive effect or if the opposite continues in the same margin of criminality against the feminine gender.
