Abstract
Este trabajo muestra una investigación realizada con el fin de conocer estrategias de acompañamiento psicojuridicas que se han desarrollado con víctimas de diferentes hechos, así mismo, con la búsqueda de documentos que permitieron conocer más cerca de dichas estrategias implementadas no solo a nivel nacional sino internacional, de manera que sea un aporte para lograr a futuro diseñar unas acordes a las necesidades de la población que se pretenda beneficiar con la reapertura del centro de victimología Fray Bartolomé de las casas.
Teniendo en cuenta que las victimas requieren una atención interdisciplinaria, desde el ámbito jurídico, como el psicológico, a través del respectivo acompañamiento psicojuridico, que favorezcan la exigencia y acceso a los derechos de verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición.
Abstract
This work shows an investigation carried out with the purpose of knowing psycho-legal accompaniment strategies that have been developed with victims of different facts, likewise, with the search of documents that allowed to know more about said strategies implemented not only at national but international level, so that it is a contribution to achieve in the future design some chords to the needs of the population that is intended to benefit with the reopening of the Fray Bartolomé de las Casas victimology center.
Bearing in mind that victims require interdisciplinary attention, from the legal, as the psychological, through the respective psycho-legal accompaniment, that favor the demand and access to the rights of truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition.
