Abstract
El siguiente plan de negocios se presenta como una opción con el fin de buscar la satisfacción de la falta de una atención cómoda, segura y de calidad por parte de los centros de estética canina y veterinarias, cuando se llevan a las mascotas a que se le preste el servicio de baño y peluquería ya que los animales como los seres humanos merecen un buen trato y servicios, que se sientan queridos y seguros ya que hoy en día pasaron de ser mascotas a ser parte de la familia, llenando el vacío que se tiene en muchos hogares por falta de hijos, o en otros por compañía a los niños adultos, ya que se ha demostrados que la convivencia con las mascotas trae beneficios, terapéuticos, psicológicos, sociales entre otros, por ende el amor por lo animales ha llevado a ser más exigentes en el cuidado y tención de estos, tanto así, que existen empresas prestadoras de servicios, de salud, piñatas, matrimonios, guarderías, spa como es la idea de negocio que se va a presentar entre otros. Sin embargo, por el alto nivel de trabajo y ocupaciones los dueños de las mascotas no tienen tiempo para realizar el aseo correspondiente a las mascotas o llevarlas a un centro de estética, para satisfacer esta necesidad se propone desarrollar un plan de negocios para determinar la viabilidad de la creación de una peluquería canina móvil en la ciudad de Bucaramanga en la comuna 6, la cual se desarrollara por medio de un vehículo móvil, (furgoneta móvil), el cual se acondiciona con los mejores equipos y profesionales en peluquería y Spa, con el fin de ofrecer un servicio personalizado y exclusivo a domicilio de peluquería, corte y Spa, donde puede ver todo el tiempo como se desarrolla el servicio.
Abstract
The following business plan is presented as an option in order to seek the satisfaction of the lack of comfortable, safe and quality care by the canine aesthetic centers and veterinarians, when pets are taken to be provide the bathroom and hairdressing service since animals like humans deserve a good treatment and services, that they feel loved and safe since nowadays they went from being pets to being part of the family, filling the void in many homes due to lack of children, or in others by company to adult children, since it has been shown that living with pets brings benefits, therapeutic, psychological, social among others, therefore the love for animals has led to be more demanding in the care and care of these, so much so, that there are companies providing services, health, piñatas, marriages, nurseries, spa as is the business idea that is going to be presented among others you.
However, due to the high level of work and occupations, pet owners do not have time to perform the corresponding pet grooming or take them to an aesthetic center, to meet this need it is proposed to develop a business plan to determine the viability of the creation of a mobile dog grooming in the city of Bucaramanga in commune 6, which will be developed through a mobile vehicle, (mobile van), which is equipped with the best equipment and professionals in hairdressing and spa, with in order to offer a personalized and exclusive home delivery service of hairdressing, cutting and spa, where you can see all the time how the service is developed.
