Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es Analizar la Productividad de la Industria de la Moda en Bucaramanga y su Área metropolitana para el periodo 2008-2012, tomando como base los subsectores de Cuero, Calzado y sus Manufacturas, Confecciones y Textiles, Joyería y Conexos. Para ello se realizó un análisis cualitativo y un análisis cuantitativo a través de la aplicación del modelo no paramétrico, Análisis Envolvente de Datos (DEA), aplicado al sector moda y el índice Malquist que permite evaluar indicadores de productividad, cambio de eficiencia y cambio técnico, así como se aplicó el Modelo para la Modernización de la Gestión para las Organizaciones MMGO y se realizó una regresión lineal múltiple para determinar los factores que influyen en la eficiencia de los sectores, evaluando las variables: planeación y estrategia, Gestión de producción, Nivel de Exportaciones, Comunicación e información, innovación y conocimiento.
Abstract
The objective of this work is to analyze the Productivity of the Fashion Industry in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area for the period 2008-2012, based on the subsectors of Leather, Footwear and its Manufactures, Apparel and Textiles, Jewelry and Related. For this, a qualitative analysis and a quantitative analysis were carried out through the application of the non-parametric model, Data Envelope Analysis (DEA), applied to the fashion sector and the Malquist index that allows evaluating productivity indicators, efficiency change and technical change , as well as the Model for the Modernization of Management for MMGO Organizations and a multiple linear regression was carried out to determine the factors that influence the efficiency of the sectors, evaluating the variables: planning and strategy, Production Management, Level of Exports, Communication and information, innovation and knowledge.
