Abstract
El estudio de caso se hace para analizar los aspectos financieros, marketing, gerencia de proyectos y gestión humana para mejorar la toma de decisiones gerenciales al interior de Transejes. Se utilizan metodologías como modelo de valoración de activos financieros (CAPM), las herramientas de “marketing mix” y lean CANVAS, la metodología “Six Sigma” o Seis Sigma la herramienta DMAIC (Definir-Medir-Analizar-Mejorar y Controlar), la metodología DOFA (Debilidades-Oportunidades-Fortalezas y Amenazas), también un ejercicio de planeación estratégica guiado con la metodología DOFA (Debilidades-Oportunidades-Fortalezas y Amenazas),que se realizó a principios del año y se compara con las metodologías para analizar si las incluye en las acciones definidas pero igualmente se analiza las oportunidades de mejora que permitan robustecer los planes y objetivos estratégicos.
Abstract
The case study is done to analyze the financial, marketing, project management and human management aspects to improve management decision making within Transejes. Methodologies are used as a model of valuation of financial assets (CAPM), the tools of “marketing mix” and lean CANVAS, the methodology “Six Sigma” or Six Sigma the DMAIC tool (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve and Control), DOFA methodology (Weaknesses-Opportunities-Strengths and Threats), also a strategic planning exercise guided by the DOFA methodology (Weaknesses-Opportunities-Strengths and Threats), which was carried out at the beginning of the year and compared with the methodologies to analyze whether It includes in the defined actions but also the opportunities for improvement that strengthen the strategic plans and objectives are analyzed.
