Abstract
Se desarrolló una estructura que permitiera generar información para la toma de decisiones en función del presupuesto, diseñando una estructura en Excel que permitiera filtrar datos relacionados a la ejecución actual del gasto del presupuesto del Área Social, Ambiental, HSE y Licenciamiento, para ser comparada con el Budget y el Forecast, obteniendo curvas, y diferentes gráficos para así hacer el análisis del comportamiento del presupuesto a través del tiempo, esto con ayuda de tablas dinámicas, diferentes procesos y funciones en Excel.
Mensualmente se presentaba un Dashborad exponiendo el análisis correspondiente al periodo, así mismo mostrando como la estructura evolucionaba cada periodo mostrando mayores y mejores resultados.
Abstract
A structure was developed to generate information for decision making based on the budget, designing a structure in Excel that allowed filtering data related to the current execution of the budget of the Social, Environmental, HSE and Licensing Area, to be compared with the Budget and the Forecast, obtaining curves, and different graphs to make the analysis of the behavior of the budget over time, this with the help of dynamic tables, different processes and functions in Excel.
A Dashborad was presented monthly exposing the analysis corresponding to the period, also showing how the structure evolved each period showing greater and better results.
