Resumen
En Colombia, el dictamen pericial psicológico como elemento material probatorio en el Sistema Penal Acusatorio (Ley 906 de 2004) y bajo el Código General del Proceso (Ley 1564 de 2012) ha tomado mayor relevancia. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue identificar la percepción de los jueces con función de conocimiento de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. sobre la participación del psicólogo forense, por medio de un diseño metodológico no experimental desde el que se estructuró una encuesta conformada por 53 preguntas enmarcadas en la conceptualización teórica de la labor del psicólogo forense en el ámbito judicial con opciones de respuesta tipo Likert. Se contó con la participación de 30 jueces de la República que ejercen su función pública en el Complejo Judicial de Paloquemao y Convida.
Los resultados de la investigación, sugieren que los encuestados refieren en su mayoría, tener conocimiento sobre las principales distinciones que identifican las funciones y roles que tiene el psicólogo forense en el contexto colombiano. Adicional a esto, se identificaron aspectos que los jueces consideran relevantes al momento de valorar la participación de un psicólogo forense en audiencia, como la claridad, el tecnicismo científico y la integralidad en cuanto a la elaboración de los informes, las habilidades de oralidad, expresión y conocimiento jurídico en cuanto al profesional que sustenta la información. Todo esto, sumado a la importancia que afirmaron dar a la labor desempeñada por el profesional en psicología, al considerar los conceptos emitidos por el perito en sus sentencias.

Resumen
In Colombia, the psychological expert opinion as a probative material element in the Criminal Accusatory System (Law 906 of 2004) and under the General Code of the Process (Law 1564 of 2012) has become more relevant. The objective of the present investigation was to identify the perception of the judges with knowledge function of the city of Bogotá D.C. on the participation of the forensic psychologist, through a non-experimental methodological design from which a survey consisting of 53 questions was structured framed in the theoretical conceptualization of the work of the forensic psychologist in the judicial field with response options Likert type. There were 30 judges from the republic who exercise their public function in the Judicial Complex from Paloquemao and Convida.
The results of the investigation, identifying the surveys and the roles that the forensic psychologist has in the Colombian context. In addition to this, aspects were identified that the judges relevant aspects when assessing the participation of a forensic psychologist in audience, such as clarity, scientific technicality and comprehensiveness in terms of reporting, oral skills, expression and legal knowledge regarding the professional that supports the information. All this, coupled with the importance they claimed to give to the work performed by the professional in psychology, when considering the concepts issued by the expert in their sentences.
