Abstract
El objetivo de la presente propuesta de investigación, consistió en comprender las prácticas de bienestar en educación superior de la universidad Santo Tomas sede Bucaramanga. Para lograrlo, se propone la realización de una investigación cualitativa de corte interpretativo, el enfoque metodológico usado fue la etnografía que apunta a la necesidad de recoger un máximo de información desde las relaciones sociales y así poder describir lo que se observa como una práctica de bienestar, reflexionar sobre el papel del bienestar en la educación superior y poder caracterizar las prácticas para formular ejes que permitan potenciar el lugar del bienestar en la educación superior.
Abstract
The objective of this research proposal consisted on understanding the welfare practices at university Santo Tomas, Bucaramanga branch. It was proposed the realization of an interpretive qualitative research. The methodological approach used was the ethnography. This approach gathers information from the real social relationships among the participants to describe what it is observed as a welfare practice, to reflect on the role of the welfare program in higher education and subsequently to be able to typify the practices in order to formulate the axis that allow enhancing the role of the welfare program in higher education.
