Abstract
El presente trabajo contiene la investigación metodológica y técnica para la realización de un proyecto arquitectónico, que consiste en el Diseño de un Centro Comunitario para la comunidad del Centro Poblado la Paz en el municipio de Arauquita, Arauca. Población que ha sido afectada por múltiples acciones delictivas de grupos armados al margen de la ley y por el abandono del Estado colombiano frente a las necesidades de la población, llevando así el deterioro moral y físico de la comunidad. El proyecto apoyará al habitante de la zona rural con el fortalecimiento del desarrollo integral, aumento de la convivencia, suministro de servicios sociales básicos y adquisición de identidad colectiva a través de espacios arquitectónicos de organización y participación comunitaria, de formación educativa no formal, de cultura y de recreación, que se adaptarán a condiciones climáticas y desarrollarán una calidad espacial a través de materiales y técnicas constructivas implementadas en el sector, tomando como referentes los conceptos de Arquitectura Vegetariana usadas por Simón Vélez.
Abstract
This present work contains the methodological and technical research for the realization of an architectural project, which consists of the Design of a Community Center for the community of La Paz village in the municipality of Arauquita, Arauca. This population has been affected by multiple criminal actions by armed groups outside the law and by the abandonment of the Colombian state towards the needs of the population, leading to the moral and physical deterioration of the community. The project will support the inhabitant of the rural area with the strengthening of integral development, the increase of coexistence, provision of basic social services and acquisition of collective identity through architectural spaces of organization and community participation, non-formal educational training, culture and recreation, which will adapt to climatic conditions and develop a spatial quality through materials and construction techniques implemented in the area, taking as reference the concepts of Vegetarian Architecture used by Simón Vélez.
