Abstract

The study that this work is about will focus on the analysis of a tool that complements the provisions set forth in the land planning plans. Let's talk about the Territorial Planning Scheme of the municipality of Cañasgordas - Antioquia. From this Territorial Planning Scheme, the characteristics of the urban expansion land will be studied, based on the execution of a fourth generation road infrastructure project in the urban corridor of the municipality and that would make possible the implementation of these areas in those sections that comply with current regulations and that generate a real benefit for the territory.
