In Tunja the population with disabilities is 2914, there are people with permanent alteration in eyes 44.5%, a population that is difficult to develop daily activities, from the most basic such as moving around their living environment, to the most complex in the handling of appliances. Under these considerations, electronic engineering and health professions join their knowledge to generate tools that help this type of population. The design and implementation of a prototype of a home automation control and monitoring system, through IoT using voice commands, is a technological strategy of direct implementation, with the use of the second generation Intel Galilean card, opens an opportunity in the use of a programming device with the benefits to develop home automation control through voice commands. The programming interface on the card includes Arduino's IDE, with an App inventor application, the recognition of the commands sent to the Intel processing board, through a cell phone with Android operating system, likewise allows monitoring of variables such as temperature and heart rate. To give more amplitude to the Project, the health area staff guides the development of the interface with the Ubidots platform, in such a way that it is clear and timely to generate readings about the patient's condition during the monitoring time.     condición permanente como la baja visión o no perciben la luz, se les dificulta realizar actividades diarias en su hogar y fuera de él. La Organización Mundial de la Salud estima que hay en esta condición cerca de 36 millones de personas, en Colombia 406.193 para el año 2014. En Tunja la población con discapacidad es de 2914, se encuentran personas con alteración permanente en ojos 44.5%, población a la que se le dificulta el desarrollo de las actividades diarias, desde las más básicas tal como movilizarse por su entorno habitacional, hasta las más complejas en el manejo de electrodomésticos. Bajo estas consideraciones, la ingeniería electrónica y profesiones del area de la salud, unen sus conocimientos para generar herramientas que ayudan a este tipo de población. El diseño e implementación de un prototipo de un sistema de Control Domótico y monitoreo, por medio de IoT utilizando comandos de voz, es una estrategia tecnológica de directa implementación, con el uso de la tarjeta Intel galileo de segunda generación, se abre una oportunidad en la utilización de un dispositivo de programación con las bondades para desarrollar el control domótico por medio de comandos de voz. La interfaz de programación sobre la tarjeta incluye el IDE de Arduino, con una aplicación de App inventor, se efectúa el reconocimiento de los comandos enviados a la placa de procesamiento de Intel, mediante un celular con sistema operativo Android, de igual forma permite realizar monitoreo de variables como temperatura y ritmo cardíaco. Para dar mayor amplitud al Proyecto, el personal del área de la salud orienta el desarrollo de la interfaz con la plataforma Ubidots, de tal forma que sea clara y oportuna para generar lecturas sobre el estado del paciente durante el tiempo de monitoreo.
     
    Pessoas com deficiência visual têm uma condição permanente, como baixa visão ou nenhuma percepção de luz, dificultando a realização de atividades diárias em sua casa e fora dela. A Organização Mundial da Saúde estima que existam cerca de 36 milhões de pessoas com essa condição na Colômbia, 406.193 até 2014. Em Tunja a população com deficiência é de 2914, há pessoas com alterações permanentes nos olhos 44,5%, uma população que tem dificuldade de desenvolver atividades diárias, desde as mais básicas, como se deslocar pelo seu ambiente de vida, até as mais complexas no manuseio de aparelhos. Sob estas considerações, a engenharia eletrônica e as profissões da saúde unem seus conhecimentos para gerar ferramentas que ajudem este tipo de população. O projeto e implementação de um protótipo de um sistema de controle e monitoramento de domótica, através de comandos de voz, é uma estratégia tecnológica de implementação direta, com o uso da placa Intel Galilean de segunda geração, abre uma oportunidade no uso de um dispositivo de programação com os benefícios de desenvolver o controle de domótica através de comandos de voz. A interface de programação na placa inclui a IDE do Arduino, com um aplicativo inventor de aplicativos, o reconhecimento dos comandos enviados à placa de processamento Intel, através de um celular com sistema operacional Android, também permite o monitoramento de variáveis como temperatura e freqüência cardíaca. Para dar mais amplitude ao Projeto, a equipe da área de saúde orienta o desenvolvimento da interface com a plataforma Ubidots, de tal forma que fique claro e oportuno gerar leituras sobre a condição do paciente durante o tempo de monitoramento.
