Abstract
Analizaremos la teoría de la operación administrativa contractual o teoría de la indivisibilidad, las repercusiones del fallo Martin y el origen de la teoría de los actos separables, así como las consecuencias que esta teoría tuvo en cuanto: I. Jurisdicción y competencia; II. La legitimación en la causa para atacar los actos, la consecuencia de su impugnación; III. La legitimación en la causa para atacar los actos, la consecuencia de su impugnación, para luego reformular esta teoría dentro de un concepto integral.
