Abstract
El presente proyecto evidencia el trabajo realizado durante seis meses en la empresa DSV Panalpina en el área de importaciones marítimas, desde el primer momento en que se inicia la práctica profesional la empresa fue capaz de brindar al practicante el espacio y el tiempo para adquirir nuevos conocimientos y poner en práctica las competencias obtenidas a lo largo de la carrera profesional.
En el cargo de Control Tower Support el practicante tiene como principal función apoyar al equipo 4PL en varias actividades como emisión de facturas, creación de files logísticos, verificación de cumplimiento de requisitos de cada proveedor entre otras.
Con ocasión del seguimiento a las actividades como practicante, se identificaron aspectos por mejorar en el proceso de facturaciones del área de importaciones marítimas específicamente Yanbal 4PL.
Abstract
This project evidences the work carried out for six months in the company DSV Panalpina in the area of maritime imports, from the first moment that the professional practice begins the company was able to provide the practitioner with the space and time to acquire new knowledge and put into practice the competences obtained throughout the professional career.
In the Control Tower Support position, the practitioner has the main function of supporting the 4PL team in various activities such as issuing invoices, creating logistic files, verifying compliance with each supplier's requirements, among others.
During the follow-up of the activities as a practitioner, aspects to improve in the billing process of the maritime import area specifically Yanbal 4PL were identified.
