Abstract
Este trabajo se realizó para evidenciar lo que se aprendió en el curso Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt y tiene como objetivo principal realizar una propuesta de mejora en la empresa Corredor Rueda asociados, se pudo revisar en la empresa toda la cadena de valor, se realizó un VSM(Value stream mapping) y con este mapa se evidenció las falencias en el proceso productivo y se planteo el procedimiento a seguir para plantear la propuesta a realizar en la empresa.
Abstract
This work was done to show what was learned in the course Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and its main objective is to make a proposal for improvement in the company Corredor Rueda associates, it was possible to review in the company the entire value chain, was a VSM (Value stream mapping) and with this map showed the shortcomings in the production process and raised the procedure to follow to raise the proposal to be made in the company.
