Abstract
A través de este documento se plantea la reestructuración del sistema sancionatorio en los centros penitenciales de los menores infractores, de acuerdo con su entorno social y la desviación de la conducta. Es así como se decide proponer una solución arquitectónica que permita al infante o adolescente gozar de una infraestructura hiperactiva y generadora de factores humanos que motiven a un cambio social, cultural y económico, dentro de la limitación de su propio albedrío y así contribuir a una forma de resocialización integral a la problemática que los afecta.
Abstract
Through this document, the restructuring of the sanctioning system in the penitentiary centers of juvenile offenders is proposed, in accordance with their social environment and deviance from conduct. This is how it is decided to propose an architectural solution that allows the infant or adolescent to enjoy a hyperactive infrastructure that generates human factors that motivate social, cultural and economic change, within the limits of their own will and thus contribute to a form comprehensive resocialization to the problems that affect them.
