Therefore, scientific and technological support was sought in the consolidation of a didactic and innovative instrument to communicate issues of the National Police Code for appropriate use in all types of people with or without knowledge in sign language and fingerprint in particular aimed at children and adolescents.     Con el fin de mejorar la convivencia y seguridad ciudadana, la difusión del Código Nacional de Policía, se convierte en un reto que la institución policial debe desarrollar con las diversas poblaciones del país, sin embargo, y a pesar de los esfuerzos realizados, aún no se logra una generalidad efectiva de comunicación en la totalidad del territorio nacional; en este sentido, existen otras poblaciones que se encuentran al margen de los contenidos del Código Nacional de Policía, en este caso aquellas con diversidad funcional auditiva indistintamente del origen médico de su condición. Intencionados en comprender, visibilizar y proponer en el contexto de aprendizaje de esta población se realizó un relevamiento de datos o mapeo que permitió establecer las oportunidades de aprendizaje en términos de unificación del lenguaje y uso de la tecnología en personas con esta condición. Por tanto, se buscó respaldo científico y tecnológico en la consolidación de un instrumento didáctico e innovador, para comunicar temas del Código Nacional de Policía de uso apropiado en todo tipo de personas con o sin conocimientos en lenguaje de señas y dactilológico colombiano dirigido particularmente a niños, niñas y adolescentes.
     
    Afin d’améliorer la coexistence et la sécurité des citoyens, la diffusion du Code national de police devient un défi que l’institution de police doit développer avec les différentes populations du pays, cependant, et malgré les efforts déployés, il n’est pas encore atteint une généralité efficace de la communication sur l’ensemble du territoire national, en ce sens il ya d’autres populations qui sont en dehors du contenu du Code national de police, dans ce cas ceux avec la diversité auditive fonctionnelle quelle que soit l’origine médicale de son état. Dans la compréhension, la visibilité et la proposition dans le contexte d’apprentissage de cette population, une étude de données ou une cartographie a été réalisée qui a permis d’établir des possibilités d’apprentissage en termes d’unification des langues et d’utilisation de la technologie personnes atteintes de cette condition. Par conséquent, un soutien scientifique et technologique a été recherché dans la consolidation d’un instrument didactique et novateur pour communiquer les questions du Code national de police pour une utilisation appropriée dans tous les types de personnes avec ou sans connaissance en langue des signes et empreintes digitales En particulier aux enfants et aux adolescents.
     
    A fim de melhorar a convivência e a segurança cidadã, a disseminação do Código Nacional de Polícia torna-se um desafio que a instituição policial deve desenvolver com as diversas populações do país, no entanto, e apesar dos esforços feitos, ainda não é um desafio que a instituição policial deve desenvolver com as várias populações do país, no entanto, e apesar dos esforços feitos, ainda não é alcança uma generalidade efetiva de comunicação em todo o território nacional, nesse sentido há outras populações que estão fora do conteúdo do Código Nacional de Polícia, neste caso aqueles com diversidade auditiva funcional independentemente da origem médica de sua condição. Visão incompreensiva na compreensão, na visibilidade e na proposta no contexto de aprendizagem dessa população, foi realizada uma pesquisa de dados ou mapeamento que permitiu estabelecer oportunidades de aprendizagem em termos de unificação da linguagem e uso da tecnologia pessoas com esta condição. Portanto, o apoio científico e tecnológico foi procurado na consolidação de um instrumento didático e inovador para comunicar questões do Código Nacional de Polícia para uso adequado em todos os tipos de pessoas com ou sem conhecimento em linguagem de sinais e impressão digital Em particular, destinado a crianças e adolescentes.
