Abstract

With this work, it is expected to implement a geographic analysis that allows to identify, classify and map the differences in area between the data of registry 1, and the data of the digital area of ​​the information of the cadastral base, both data included in the open data information of the IGAC. With the support of a statistical analysis in which the ranges of the area difference and the permissible percentages of this difference are defined, it will be possible to select from a geographical point of view universes of properties where an error in the graphic representation of the same. Said information will be used as input to carry out the planning of the actions of the multipurpose cadastre, through the massive property sweep, focusing the efforts on the properties where inconsistencies are presumed regarding the geographic component of the property's cadastral registration.
