Abstract

The Sibaté's town hall is a territorial entity responsible for providing the services determined by law, ordering the development of the municipality and executing activities aimed at the progress of its population. With this project, the direction and structuring of the Quality Management System is developed, focused on the User Service process, in accordance with the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and in conjunction with the Integrated Planning and Management Model. This document consolidates the development of the diagnostic phases regarding compliance with the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and MIPG, the establishment of the baseline against which to measure the performance of the User Service Process, the planning and structuring of the Quality Management System and the evaluation of the results obtained during the project.
