Evaluación de la aplicación de las tecnologías de gestión en las MiPymes de servicio intervenidas en Bucaramanga 2017-2018 en el marco del proyecto INTI-CLU RED

Abstract
En los años 2017-2018, el instituto nacional de tecnología industrial, junto con la Universidad Santo Tomas realizaron un proyecto denominado INTI CLU-RED 2017-2018; el cual consistió en el diagnóstico y posterior asesoría a empresas medianas y pequeñas del departamento de Santander, que presentaban problemas en las áreas de comercialización, dirección, producción, administración y recursos humanos. Se desarrollaron e implementaron propuestas de mejora a cada empresa intervenida del departamento. No obstante, no hubo un protocolo de evaluación de resultados.
De acuerdo con lo anterior, este trabajo consistió en realizar dicha evaluación a cada una de las empresas intervenidas. Para llevarla a cabo, se ejecutaron indicadores de gestión propuestos por el INTI y por el autor del trabajo durante su ejecución, lo cual tenía como objetivo identificar el impacto de las tecnologías de gestión aplicadas previamente.
Al finalizar, se identificó que las empresas presentaban mejoras significativas en periodos siguientes a la intervención, tales como: aumento en sus ventas, utilidad y productividad en sus tareas, control en la gestión de sus inventarios, formulación de una cultura de organización y disciplina en las áreas donde se presentaban desorden de planta. Abstract
In the years 2017-2018, the national institute of industrial technology, with the University Santo Tomas, carried out a project called INTI CLU-RED 2017-2018; which consisted of the diagnosis and subsequent advice to medium and small enterprises in the department of Santander, which presented problems in the areas of marketing, management, production, administration and human resources. Proposals for improvement were developed and implemented in each company involved in the department. However, there was no outcome evaluation protocol. In accordance with the above, this work consisted of carrying out this evaluation for each of the companies involved. In order to carry it out, management indicators proposed by INTI and by the author of the work were implemented during the execution, which aimed at identifying the impact of the management technologies previously applied.
At the end, it was identified that the companies presented significant improvements in periods following the intervention, such as: increase in their sales, utility and productivity in their tasks, control in the management of their inventories, formulation of an organizational culture and discipline in the areas which used to be in disorder in the plant. etc.
