Abstract
Este documento presenta un corto análisis sobre un artículo escrito por Klaus J. Hopt, denominado “Gobierno Corporativo: Un debate nacional e internacional” (Hopt, 2012), en el cual presenta un recorrido por las diversas discusiones que se han desarrollado en torno este concepto en el marco de la normatividad internacional, de acuerdo con los elementos esenciales a tener en cuenta para llevar a cabo la correcta administración de sociedades comerciales y mercantiles, y profundizando especialmente sobre la manera como el manejo de la ley transnacional influye directamente en la regulación de la forma como marchan las sociedad internamente.
Abstract
This document presents a short analysis of an article written by Klaus J. Hopt, called “Corporate Governance: A national and international debate” (Hopt, 2012), in which it presents a tour of the various discussions that have developed around this concept within the framework of international regulations, in accordance with the essential elements to be taken into account to carry out the correct administration of commercial and mercantile companies, and especially deepening on the way in which the handling of transnational law directly influences regulation of the way society goes internally.
