Abstract
Teniendo en cuenta que el Sistema de Alerta Temprana de Medellín y el Valle de Aburrá (SIATA) es un proyecto de la autoridad ambiental regional (AMVA), debe adoptar los lineamientos del sistema de aseguramiento de calidad de AMVA, especialmente los requisitos definidos en NTC-ISO 9001 e Integrados. Modelo de Planificación y Gestión (MIPG), ambos con temas enfocados a la gestión del conocimiento. La norma NTC-ISO 9001, en su apartado 7.1.6, considera la necesidad de determinar y gestionar el conocimiento que mantiene la organización para asegurar el funcionamiento de sus procesos y que pueda lograr la conformidad de sus productos y servicios. La dimensión de gestión del conocimiento involucra la gestión del conocimiento tácito (intangible) y explícito (tangible) en las entidades para mejorar los productos y servicios que ofrece, su desempeño, así como sus resultados de gestión.
Abstract
Taking into account that the Medellín and Aburrá Valley Early Warning System (SIATA) is a project of the regional environmental authority (AMVA), it must adopt the guidelines of the AMVA quality assurance system, especially the requirements defined in NTC -ISO 9001 and Integrated. Planning and Management Model (MIPG), both with topics focused on knowledge management. The NTC-ISO 9001 standard, in its section 7.1.6, considers the need to determine and manage the knowledge that the organization maintains to ensure the operation of its processes and that it can achieve the conformity of its products and services. The knowledge management dimension involves the management of tacit (intangible) and explicit (tangible) knowledge in entities to improve the products and services they offer, their performance as well as their management results.
