Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado se plantea construir un plan prospectivo estratégico para la empresa Río Fonce Rafting 2020 – 2025, con el propósito de documentar las diferentes proyecciones que esta se podría plantear para consolidar dicha organización y lograr liderazgo en la región. Para ello se hizo la revisión de un diagnóstico organizacional y se identificaron los factores de cambio de la compañía, para, seguidamente, analizar las “variables estratégicas” actuales y potenciales y, finalmente, plantear los escenarios posibles y probables y analizarlos para escoger el escenario apuesta.
Abstract
The present degree work aims to build a strategic prospective plan for the company Río Fonce Rafting 2020 - 2025, with the purpose of documenting the different projections that it could propose to consolidate said organization and achieve leadership in the region. For this, an organizational diagnosis was reviewed and the company's change factors were identified, to then analyze the current and potential “strategic variables” and, finally, propose the possible and probable scenarios and analyze them to choose the scenario bet.
