Abstract
El concepto de autonomía universitaria y de gobierno universitario, se llevan trabajando desde la edad media con la aparición de las primeras instituciones de educación superior (IES), estos conceptos y el desarrollo de los mismos al interior de las IES, han cambiado de forma gradual con el paso del tiempo, para hoy en día tener algunas nociones de que son estos conceptos y como deben implementarse por parte de las IES. Sin embargo, las nociones de estos conceptos varían dependiendo el país, la institución y sus integrantes.
Abstract
The concept of university autonomy and university government have been working since the Middle Ages with the appearance of the first higher education institutions (HEIs), these concepts and their development within HEIs have gradually changed With the passage of time, to today have some notions of what these concepts are and how they should be implemented by HEIs. However, the notions of these concepts vary depending on the country, the institution and its members.
