TIC Móvil Cafam: Comunidad virtual desde ux surgida en la contingencia actual, una  ventana para los diseñadores gráficos

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de grado se recogen los saberes adquiridos y necesarios que retan al diseñador gráfico en la sistematización de experiencias para las comunidades virtuales, teniendo como objetivo principal la transformación digital de la tarjeta integral Cafam (de aquí en adelante TIC); documento que acredita a una persona como afiliado a la Caja de Compensación Familiar y es la llave para que acceda a todos los servicios. En este documento se exploran otros conceptos claves en el desarrollo de la investigación que están relacionados con el correcto manejo y creación de dicha comunidad, desglosando los puntos de interés en la sistematización de experiencias. La función desempeñada por los diseñadores gráficos tomasinos, surge como una propuesta del área de subdirección comercial de Cafam, aquí es donde los practicantes se vinculan al tema; una ventana de reflexión conforme al significativo cambio en la migración de un bien/servicio tangible hacia entornos virtuales. Al ser estudiantes formados en una academia con valores humanistas, la realización del trabajo de grado ofrece el añadido significativo con respecto al entendimiento y desarrollo de buenas prácticas y labores ligadas al desarrollo de una comunidad digital. El trabajo realizado se enmarca en las condiciones de la “nueva normalidad”, derivada de la emergencia sanitaria producida por la pandemia de la Covid-19 e incluye la creación de contenido para redes internas de Cafam y social media.

Abstract

In this degree work, the acquired and necessary knowledge that they challenge the graphic designer in the systematization of experiences for virtual communities, with the main objective of the digital transformation of the integral Cafam card (hereinafter TIC); the document that certifies a person as a member of the Family Compensation Fund and is the key to access all services. This document explores other key concepts in the development of research that is related to the correct management and creation of said community, breaking down the points of interest in the systematization of experiences. The role played by Tomasino graphic designers arises as a a proposal from Cafam's commercial sub directorate area, this is where practitioners get involved with the subject; a window of reflection according to the significant change in the migration of a tangible good/service to virtual environments. Being students trained in an academy with humanistic values, the completion of the degree work offers a significant addition concerning the understanding and development of good practices and tasks related to the development of a digital community. The work carried out is framed within the conditions of the “new normal”, derived from the health emergency produced by the Covid-19 pandemic and includes the creation of content for Cafam's internal networks and social media.
