Abstract
Se pretende identificar estrategias de entrevista recomendables para aplicar a niños y niñas, quienes con frecuencia son víctimas o testigos de información privilegiada, por lo cual son entrevistados por operadores de justicia. Dentro de los hallazgos se recomienda privilegiar la comunicación verbal, recurrir a protocolos de entrevista infantil y solo en casos excepcionales incluir técnicas de apoyo como objetos de confort o mascotas.
Abstract
The aim is to identify interview strategies that are recommended to be applied to children, who are often victims or witnesses of privileged information and are therefore interviewed by justice operators. Among the findings, it is recommended to privilege verbal communication, use child interview protocols and only in exceptional cases include support techniques such as comfort objects or pets.
