Abstract
El presente informe expone la importancia del plan de mejora en la empresa Gendatex, en la que se realizó las prácticas profesionales, buscando exponer la importancia de tener un servicio o programa contable, tanto para llevar un control más agudo de todas las finanzas de la empresa como para poder tener el respectivo análisis del inventario real y digital.
De esta manera se busca dar a entender tanto al lector de este plan de mejora, como a la empresa, la importancia de un programa contable, dado a que la implementación y uso de programas como SIIGO, facilitan el análisis y manejo de las diversas áreas en una compañía, pues esta es una herramienta total para una pymes, y no solo encasilla su uso para para la recolección y almacenamiento de datos, sino que además sus proyecciones y análisis estadísticos son una de las herramientas más útiles a nivel empresarial, llegando a obtener consigo el uso adecuado de recursos, y más cuando estamos hablando de una pyme, en donde su personal suele llevar más carga y funciones laborales de lo habitual.
Abstract
This report exposes the importance of the improvement plan in the company Gendatex, where the professional practices were performed, seeking to expose the importance of having an accounting service or program, both to keep a sharper control of all the finances of the company and to be able to have the respective analysis of the real and digital inventory.
In this way, the reader of this improvement plan, as well as the company, will understand the importance of an accounting program, since the implementation and use of programs such as SIIGO, facilitates the analysis and management of the various areas in a company, as this is a total tool for an SME, and not only does its use for the collection and storage of data, but also its projections and statistical analysis are one of the most useful tools at the enterprise level, getting to obtain the proper use of resources, and more when we are talking about an SME, where your staff usually carry more load and work functions than usual.
